Thanks Susana. Yes, English and siSwati are official languages. Very interesting question, from my experience English conversations rarely incorporate vernacular terms of Covid. It is mostly siSwati speakers who incorporate English terms probably due to lack of vocabulary or the feeling that no siSwati term has been officially endorsed by government. English speakers may use slang English words for Covid but rarely do they use siSwati words. I doubt may of them even know about the terms.
